Each service is priced per square foot: office cleaning ($0.15-0.25/sq ft), industrial cleaning ($0.20-0.35/sq ft), and post-construction cleanup ($0.30-0.50/sq ft).
No, we don't require long-term contracts. While we offer better rates for ongoing services, we also provide one-time cleaning and short-term arrangements. Our goal is to earn your business through quality service, not contracts.
Our base pricing includes all labor, professional cleaning supplies, equipment, and our satisfaction guarantee. Additional services like carpet cleaning, window washing, or deep cleaning are priced separately. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
