Agreement to Terms
By using Coreys Cleaning Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Description
Coreys Cleaning Services provides professional commercial cleaning, office cleaning, industrial facility cleaning, and post-construction cleanup services for businesses throughout Minnesota.
Services include but are not limited to: office maintenance, industrial cleaning, post-construction cleanup, floor care, window cleaning, and related services.
Service Terms
Scheduling: Cleaning services are performed according to the schedule agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Access: You are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled time. Additional charges may apply for delays or missed appointments.
Special Instructions: Any special cleaning requirements, safety protocols, or specific areas requiring extra attention must be communicated in writing prior to service.
Payment Terms
Invoicing: Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless other arrangements are made in writing.
Late Payment: A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue accounts. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts overdue by more than 30 days.
Disputes: Any billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the invoice date.
Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate service agreements with 30 days written notice. For recurring services, cancellations require 30 days notice to avoid charging the next billing cycle.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, breach of these terms, or if we feel our safety or the safety of our employees is compromised.
Liability and Insurance
Insurance: Coreys Cleaning Services is fully insured with comprehensive liability coverage. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.
Damage: We are responsible for damage caused by our negligence or our employees. We must be notified of any damage within 24 hours of service.
Limitations: Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for damage to items of exceptional value or pre-existing conditions.
Use of Premises
Our employees will exercise reasonable care in your premises. We are not responsible for damage to items that are not properly protected or stored.
Please secure or remove valuable items, sensitive documents, and breakable items before our arrival.
Safety and Compliance
We comply with all applicable health and safety regulations. We will follow any specific safety protocols you require, provided they are communicated in writing in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse service in conditions we consider unsafe for our employees.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, or other emergency situations.
